These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FalconMVP and the services we provide. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. Our services are project-based, and each project will have a defined scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon before work begins.

To start a project, clients pay a direct 10% deposit. Upon project completion, if the client is unsatisfied for a valid reason, such as the project not meeting expectations, they may request a full refund. This refund is available within the first 90 days after delivery. Alternatively, clients may choose to continue working with us to revise or fix the project until it meets their expectations.

All project information, designs, code, and deliverables remain confidential and belong to the client. FalconMVP may showcase project designs or UI in promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise. Your project code will never be shared or distributed without your explicit permission. Intellectual property rights for the project remain with the client, and we ensure that all work is handled securely and professionally.

FalconMVP will make every effort to deliver high-quality work according to the agreed scope and timeline. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delays caused by factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
